Lucy is a business all-rounder capable of managing business units, departments or teams on a short-term contract as an interim manager.

Interim business development includes strategy, networking, website, social media, bids, pitching, tracking sales and marketing activity on bespoke software, following up existing leads, generating new leads via social media and industry events, draftng promotional material, managing social media news feeds.
Interim general management includes HR, accounting, finance, marketing, sales, premises, supplier negotiations, health and safety.
Interim project management includes scoping, brief, planning, procurement, programming, reporting, delivery, completion, post-completion and feedback.
Experienced in small and large organizations, Lucy loves engaging with clients and colleagues, is action-oriented and focused on problem-solving and positive outcomes. She is also a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills tested in challenging and varied situations. Lucy loves putting herself in new situations where her strategic overview and unconventional background can achieve rapid and innovative results.
Contract duration can vary from 3 to 12 months, part-time or full-time options, subject to availability. Clients include Makower Architects, Edward Williams Architects and South Oxfordshire District Council.
